The year we started the Foundation, 2006, was a special year for Picerne Military Housing. All of us, almost 700 employees of Picerne Military Housing, are fulfilling the mission of Families First® -- working together to serve Army families and making a positive difference in their lives every day.

As part of my personal commitment to Families First®, I have created a private charitable foundation called Our Family For Families First. This foundation, funded by private contributions and an annual fundraiser, serves Army families and the local communities surrounding the installations Picerne Military Housing serves: Forts Meade, Bragg, Polk, Rucker, Riley, and Sill and Aberdeen Proving Ground.

It is important to me that we serve the families of our active-duty Soldiers, and continue to be active and dedicated members of the communities we live and work in. My daughters, Alexandra and Caroline, and I, are honored to play a small role in helping Army family members attain their educational goals. Thank you.
